Log in to your project's Magna portal with the email or wallet tied to your allocation, open the allocation and click Claim, choose the full or a partial amount, then sign. Any wallet can sign; the tokens always go to your allocation wallet. The Claim button only appears once at least 0.1 tokens are claimable.
How to claim, step by step
These steps follow Magna's stakeholder claim guide.
- 1Log in with the email or wallet address that corresponds to your allocation.
- 2Open the allocation and click Claim when the claim banner appears.
- 3Choose an amount. Claiming the full amount is the default; a partial claim leaves the rest claimable for later. Allocations on older contracts always claim the full available amount.
- 4Connect a wallet, accept the terms if your project requires it, and click Sign Transaction. Approve it in your wallet.
- 5Wait for confirmation. You can close the window; you'll be notified when the claim confirms.
Signing from a different wallet or a multisig
- Any wallet can sign the claim, and the tokens still go to your allocation wallet. That helps if the allocation wallet is a custodian or can't pay gas.
- For a Safe or Squads multisig, the simplest route is to sign with any hot wallet. Connecting the multisig itself creates a proposal that waits for your signers' quorum.
If the Claim button doesn't appear
- The button only shows once at least 0.1 tokens are claimable, even if the banner is visible.
- Refresh the page, or log out and back in.
- A project admin can also trigger a withdrawal on your behalf; Magna says this has the same effect as you clicking Claim.
Keep track of your Magna allocations
Vestream reads Magna schedules straight from the chain. Paste your wallet into the free scanner to see every Magna position you are owed, what is claimable now and when the next unlock lands, alongside vestings on other platforms. You can set an alert so you hear about each unlock before it happens.
